DarkRecord Editorial Team created DarkRecord as an English-language archive for stories that remain vivid after an ordinary explanation has failed. The work moves between documented cases, personal testimony, paranormal encounters, psychological fear, strange coincidences and atmospheric fiction.
The aim is not to make every event supernatural or to force every mystery into a final theory. A documented record deserves precision. A witness deserves to be heard in their own terms. Fiction deserves a clear label. The tension comes from what the evidence supports — and from what it still cannot settle.
An editorial rather than sensational approach
Dark subject matter can be immersive without becoming exploitative. DarkRecord’s editorial approach favours restraint, clear chronology, human detail and carefully controlled atmosphere. Real victims and families are not treated as horror decoration. Personal accounts are edited for clarity and privacy, not rewritten into claims the submitter did not make.

The archive includes documented true cases, real paranormal stories, unexplained mysteries, psychological dark stories, glitches in reality and experiences submitted by readers. These categories are connected, but they do not use the same standard of proof.
Source-led case writing is built around verifiable records. Testimony-led writing preserves the speaker’s perspective while keeping uncertainty visible. Fiction uses the freedom of invention but never hides its nature.
